TOEFL passing scores for applicants with foreign credentials.

A minimum of 24 hours of coursework in a combination of subjects shall include English, math. science, and social studies with a combined minimum GPA of 2.50.

One-on-one interview to determine an applicant's: English and Spanish oral proficiency, communication skills, listening skills, educational philosophy, background knowledge, and work related experiences.
