The program commits itself to provide a support system for teacher candidates for two years. Teacher candidates will receive 100% support until he/she passes all tests to be fully certified in the State of Texas.

The program has been designed to move the teacher preparation program from the 20^th century to the demands of educating children to be strategic readers, strategic writers, independent thinkers, problem solvers, and self-directed learners. The teachers become the facilitators of their students' learning process. The program's core curriculum if founded on research-based teaching techniques and principles. It has also been carefully aligned to the Texas to the Texas Essential Knowledge Skills (TEKS) and State Board for Educator Certification Pedagogy and Responsibilities Standards I-IV.

The program has been designed to follow a scope and a sequence to provide Teacher candidates with the opportunity to continue building their knowledge and skills throughout their teacher preparation program.

The program lead trainer has more than thirty years of experience as: a classroom teacher, school principal, trainer of trainers, and trainer of teachers, teacher supervisor and researcher.
